In nursery, we have been developing our mark-making skills. The children have been working on their pre-writing skills by drawing different shapes and patterns using a range of different media and materials.

Linked to our theme ‘Colour’, the children have drawn zigzag lines to create a colour monster. Using their fingers, they have mixed colours and made marks in zippy wallets.

The children also really enjoyed painting bread with coloured milk to make rainbow toast.
