As part of our enhanced approach to financial education, Shacklewell is very proud of being able to partner with RedSTART financial education charity. 

Through in-class workshops, professional CPD and parent information sessions, RedSTART will support Shacklewell to empower our children to make better decisions about money now and in the future.

The topics covered include;

• earning;
• spending & saving;
• risk & reward;
• budgeting;
• financial fraud.

All in school workshops and school-based activities are followed by a family challenge: fun, interactive learning opportunities to discuss and complete at home. These are complemented by an app which rewards students for completing mental maths challenges, allowing them to accrue interest on their rewards and spend the tokens earned in a real-world environment.
